We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To apply for a refund click on the following link https://bananasplitdk.returnscenter.com and complete all the steps. If we cannot rectify any issues for you, we will offer you a full refund, and will pay for you to ship the item to our offices in Denmark. Please always upload a picture of the items you’d like to return, so we can accept your request faster.
We do not accept the following for sanitary reasons:
All products must be returned:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags attached
- Free from make-up and fake tan
- Free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder
Please take care when trying on the clothes and do not damage or stain them. If your return does not meet the above criteria we won't be able to accept the return.
If you don't return the items before the 14 day limit we will not be able to process your refund. This means the item to be returned must be sent by you before the day limit and not ON the day limit. If you use the shipping label after the 14 day limit a fee of 200 DKK will be charged.
Route Package Protection
If you placed your order and added our Route Package Protection your items are protected under the following coverage:
- Lost - stuck in transit
Domestic: The issue must be filed between 7 and 30 days from the last shipping update.
International: The issue must be filed between 20 and 30 days from the last shipping update.
- Stolen - marked as delivered
The issue must be filed between 5 and 15 days from when the order was marked delivered.
Stolen orders over $100 USD require a police report.
The issue must be filed with photos of the damaged package and item, no later than 15 days from when the order was marked delivered.

Please keep in mind that in case of applying for a refund this value will not be reimbursed.
We can only process cancellations within the first 24 hours after you've placed your order, as after this period of time the order has been already sent to our suppliers and it's impossible for us to avoid the order being shipped or cancel a parcel in transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We only replace items if you received them defective or damaged. We may ask you to provide an image of the item, so we can give feedback to our suppliers.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days after we’ve received the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
