At Banana Split DK our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live in Denmark.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

    • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed by you. The manufacturer will then process the order within 5-7 business days, in some cases it can take up to 14 business days depending on product availability.
    • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take about 23–30 business days to arrive at their destination. Some of our orders, due to some suppliers, could take up to 45 days. Shipping starts from the date you receive the “Your Order Has Been Shipped!” email.

Custom Fees
Payable import taxes and duties may be applicable and the responsibility of the customer. If customers refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes, they will take full liability for all returning shipping costs, customs charges, and handling fees. Please check with your local customs to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.  Our orders will be dispatched from United States, China, Hong Kong, or The Netherlands depending on stock availability at our global warehouses. We try our utmost best to make sure you get your trending streetwear at an affordable price straight to your door! 

As of July 1st, all orders placed are not subjected to any VAT (moms) while being delivered by PostNord according to the new tax rules. If you placed your order after the 1st of July and are being charged any VAT to get your package delivered, please contact us immediately and we will sort this out for you!

Note: Customs (Told) it is still subjected but only once your order surpasses 1.150,- kr. (And even then since some packages are being sent separately it shouldn’t be a problem)!

Note: Please double-check the address you provide during shipment, we will not be held responsible for any packages that end up lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If there's some extra information you need to add to the address just write it on the "Add a note to your order" box and we will add it to the address at the time of shipment, our you can reach out to us by mail or social media within the first 24 hours after you've placed your order and provide us with the address instructions you want.
