These are our frequently asked questions
• How long are shipping times?
Your products will usually be shipped out within 7 business days after you've placed your order, and then take about 23–30 business days to reach your doorstep. Some of our orders, depending on our suppliers, could take up to 45 days.
• What's your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To start a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com. If we cannot rectify any issues for you, we will offer you a full refund, and will pay for you to ship the item to our offices in Denmark. We may ask you to provide a photo of the item, so we can give feedback to our suppliers.
• Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are possible within the first 24 hours after you’ve placed your order due to the processing time it takes to send your order to our suppliers. After that it is impossible for us to avoid the order being shipped.
• What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if we sent the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll ship another item or give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
• Do you offer exchanges?
At this time we do not offer exchanges.
